The next album in my chronology after "Manfredstein's Lab" was "A Plane Flew Overhead, Drowning Out The Birdsong" which was released online via the now defunct OpenLab netlabel in 2005. That album was sculpted in a week long session in The Hague from a pile of tracks written the previous summer and is still one of my favourites but unfortunately I've lost the masters and now only the low res mp3 versions on archive.org exist.

Presented here for the first time is the next best thing I can find. This CD-R from my archives is a snapshot of the works in progress once I'd run out of steam in September 2004. Some of them were reworked considerably, some are still recognisable and some were discarded along the way.
